| 5. | Inspect manufactured or processed products to ensure compliance with contract specifications and legal requirements. |
| 6. | Coordinate with and assist law enforcement agencies in matters of mutual concern. |
| 7. | Testify in court or at administrative proceedings concerning investigation findings. |
| 8. | Investigate applications for special licenses or permits, as well as alleged license or permit violations. |
| 9. | Inspect government-owned equipment and materials in the possession of private contractors, in order to ensure compliance with contracts and regulations and to prevent misuse. |
| 10. | Recommend legal or administrative action to protect government property. |
| 11. | Submit samples of products to government laboratories for testing as required. |
| 12. | Locate and interview plaintiffs, witnesses, or representatives of business or government in order to gather facts relevant to inspections or alleged violations. |
