| 13. | Determine standards, budgets, production goals, and rates, based on company policies, equipment and labor availability, and workloads. |
| 14. | Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services. |
| 15. | Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions. |
